Known for delivering accurate, timely, and trusted property valuations, Toni serves homeowners, investors, and lenders across Ottawa, Gatineau, and the surrounding areas.

Beginning his career at Affiliated Property Group, one of Ottawa's most trusted appraisal firms, Toni quickly earned the confidence of the company's founders through his strong work ethic and dedication. This early mentorship, paired with previous experience in real estate sales and technical fields, has shaped him into a highly respected appraiser.Originally from Mexico, Toni immigrated to Canada in 2001, settling first in Southern Ontario before establishing a home base in the Ottawa-Gatineau region. Fluent in both English and Spanish, with conversational skills in French, Toni values strong relationships and treats clients with professionalism and respect.
In recognizing the growing need for modern, reliable appraisal services, he built a support team to streamline operations and improve service delivery. With a focus on enhancing the appraisal experience through modern techniques and innovations, Toni offers solutions that adapt to each client's needs.
